The early registration rates are applicable if payment is received before May 15, 2007.

The student fee applies only to full-time PhD and MSc students. A copy of the student ID-card or a letter from the advisor confirming studentship should be faxed to the conference secretariat (+31 10 5112119).

Note: Full papers will be published in the conference proceedings special issue of Elsevier’s Surface & Coatings Technology only if the registration fee for the presenting author has been received before May 15, 2007.

Registration cancellation

For written cancellations received before July 1, 2007, registration fees will be fully refunded.
For written cancellations received between July 1, 2007 and August 1, 2007, the registration fee minus € 100 for administration handling costs will be refunded.
After August 1, 2007 no refund will be made.
