GENERAL INFORMATION
EuroCVD-16 will continue the biannual series of European CVD conferences, which started in Paris (1977). EuroCVD-16 will offer a high quality scientific program, with contributed and invited lectures by the worlds leading CVD researchers. In line with its tradition, EUROCVD-16 will be characterized by an informal atmosphere and an extensive social program. A special registration package will include meeting registration, conference proceedings, welcome party, a social event tour, luncheons, and a dinner banquet.

Through contributed and invited lectures from leading CVD researchers, as well as poster sessions, EuroCVD-16 will address:

(1) Novel CVD techniques (such as for instance plasma assisted ALD, iCVD and HVPE, but also CVD techniques for low cost applications) and novel CVD precursors.
(2) Novel materials and structures grown by CVD (such as for instance photonic materials, composites, nano-wires and tubes, low and high k dielectrics, ultra thin films, low and high stress films, barrier coatings, transparent conducting oxides)
(3) Novel modeling techniques for the simulation of CVD processes and equipment from the molecular to the equipment scale.
(4) Novel processing tools and equipment.

PUBLICATION
All accepted papers will be published in a special volume of Elsevier’s journal “Surface and Coatings Technology”.
A copy of this special issue will be made available to all participants at the beginning of the conference.
